Free Revision: We offer 1 free revision per order. Revisions are limited to text or logo corrections only. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Delivery Timeline: After receiving all necessary details from you, your custom stamp design will be delivered within 24 hours. This timeline is an estimate and may vary based on workload and complexity of the request.
File Formats: Upon completion, you will receive your custom stamp design in both PNG and JPG formats, each at 300 DPI resolution. These files are suitable for both digital and print use.

2. Order Process

To create your custom stamp, you must provide the following:

Your design details, including any text or logo to be included in the stamp.
Your design preferences, such as size, colors, and any other specific requests.

Once your order is placed and the details are provided, our design team will begin working on your custom stamp. You will be notified when the design is ready for review.

3. Revisions & Corrections

Free Revision: We offer one free revision of your custom stamp design. Revisions are limited to text or logo corrections only.
If additional revisions are required beyond the free revision, a fee will be applied based on the complexity and scope of the changes.

4. Payment

5. Delivery of Files

Once your design is finalized and approved, you will receive your digital stamp files via email or a download link from our platform.
We deliver the final files in PNG and JPG formats at 300 DPI, ensuring high-quality results suitable for print and digital use.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom stamp designs created by Stampivity are the intellectual property of Stampivity or our content creators unless otherwise specified.
By purchasing a custom design, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the design for personal, business, and mockup purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy and Usage Terms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the product, Stampivity does not offer refunds after the design has been delivered, except in cases of significant technical issues or errors on our part.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds are only available before the design work has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stampivity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits or any issues related to printing or digital usage.
